Update on coronavirus (COVID-19)
This message was sent to students and employees.
Dear Montco Family,
I want to update you on the evolving 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. The College is working closely with the Montgomery County Office of Public Health (OPH) and other county and state agencies to be as prepared and safe as we can be. Updates can be found at mc3.edu/coronavirus and will be shared as additional information becomes available.
The College continues to monitor the situation and is preparing for various scenarios. Depending on developments, there are potential implications ranging from shifts in current operations to partial or full closure of the College. Decisions regarding such will be evaluated based on guidance from county and state agencies.
Please know that I understand this is a difficult time for everyone. As we go through this journey together, let us continue to support and help one another, and to treat each other with kindness and respect. We are best as Montco when we come together as one—and will continue to do so moving forward as we take this situation day by day.
Sincerely,
Dr. Victoria L. Bastecki-Perez
Interim President and Provost
