cast of Stinky Cheese man in costumeBased on the Caldecott Honor book written by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith, this production brings to life a collection of twisted fairy tales, putting a fun spin on classics such as “The Gingerbread Man,” “Little Red Riding Hood,” and “The Ugly Duckling.” Although the characters may sound familiar, these storybook fables are humorously transformed in this stage adaptation of fractured fairy tales.

Come and join the fun, watching the clumsy giants, sassy barnyard animals and colossal cow pies. There’s plenty of  “stinky cheese” to go around, especially during the family friendly relaxed performances on Saturday mornings.

The talented student cast features Jazlynn Campbell, Jasmine Foster, Persephone Harshbarger, Nelly Jefferson, Elizabeth Kieser, Nathan Kratz, Jesee Raab, Taz Ratkowski, Autumn Sherry and Addison Streat.

The production and design team includes Mikayla Mulhern, Carissa Schechterly, Erin Armstrong, Jazlynn Campbell, Jack Butler, Fischl Wilde, Rhea Khilnani, William Olsen, Echo Wallower, Jack Butler, Jazlynn Campbell, Apraham Handian and Ej Reihl.

Don’t miss this laugh-out-loud, family show. Order your tickets online today at mc3.edu/tickets.

The student performances are part of MCCC’s Montco Cultural Center, a hub for arts and cultural programming across MCCC’s venues, including the newly renovated, 560+ seat theater in Blue Bell, the Black Box Theatre, North Hall theater, and the fine arts galleries at both campuses.
