Montco Family,

The College fosters an environment of belonging for all students, employees, and the communities we serve. By living our values, we use a holistic approach to provide students what they need to succeed in and out of the classroom. We will continue to implement practices that promote inclusivity and understanding so everyone is empowered to be their authentic, best version of themselves.

In light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decisions, we recognize these actions may raise concerns about their potential cascading effects on individuals. During this time, I want to share a reminder of some of the helpful resources we offer.

For students:

  • Montco’s Health and Wellness Services
  • TimelyCare – the College has partnered with the online telehealth service, TimelyCare, to provide free, unlimited mental health support to students

For employees:

  • Carebridge, the College’s employee assistance program, provides up to 10 free counseling sessions – call 800-437-0911

In the upcoming 2023-24 academic year, Montco will continue to offer Safe Space and equity training to build allyship on our campuses. Information about programming and initiatives will be forthcoming.

Please contact the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Belonging at sallen@mc3.edu for any questions concerning affirmative action or LGBTQIA+ or the Office of Government and External Relations at mbettinger@mc3.edu for questions concerning student debt relief.

Please be assured that Montco will continue to be a college that transforms lives, destinies, and future generations for all.

Sincerely,

Dr. Vicki Bastecki-Perez, President
