The Dental Hygiene Clinic at Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) offers high quality, affordable preventative oral health services for the public.
MCCC’s state-of-the-art Dental Hygiene Clinic is open now for the fall semester on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Clinic is located in Room 1400 of MCCC’s Health Sciences Center (near the 595 Cathcart Road entrance) in Blue Bell.
Services include medical and blood pressure screening, oral cancer exam, dental and periodontal examination, risk assessments, individualized treatment planning and patient education, tobacco and nutritional counseling, x-rays, prophylaxis (cleaning), periodontal debridement (scaling and root planning) as needed, sealants as needed and fluoride.
Interested patients should call Stephanie Bennett at 215-641-6483 to schedule an appointment or for a screening to determine which services are needed. Examinations/cleaning cost $20 for adults and children, $15 for senior citizens and $10 for MCCC students.
