Montgomery County Community College’s podcast, “Montco on the Move,” has teamed up with MCCC’s Wellness Center to create a new wellness series dedicated to highlighting available resources for students. Each new episode spotlights various areas of wellness support available at the College.

“Montco on the Move” released its newest episode on March 1, featuring special guests Dr. Nichole Kang, Wellness Center Director, and Ally Arthur, Wellness Center Manager.

Located on both the Blue Bell and Pottstown Campuses, the Wellness Center offers a tangible hub for students to easily navigate individualized support options for nonacademic, physical and mental health-related needs while on campus. It removes any barriers that could potentially hinder students from receiving necessary care.

In this latest episode, listeners can obtain an overview of both centers’ services, including mental health support, food resources, collegiate recovery, and resource coaching. Kang and Arthur provide insights into their holistic approach to addressing well-being, program development and future aspirations.
