Ticketing Policies
Handling Fee
- All tickets purchases are subject to a one-time $6.00 handling fee unless indicated differently through your membership.
Personal Care Attendants
- The Montco Cultural Center will provide complimentary admission for government-funded or paid personal care attendants (PCA) whose attendance is required to enable those with severe disabilities (i.e., individuals requiring around-the-clock assistance) to attend events. Depending on the event and the location of the ticketed patron's seat, the PCA will either be given a chair or will be directed to an area nearby where they can stand (which may or may not include a view of the event). Any request for a complimentary PCA admission must be made when purchasing the patron's ticket by contacting the Box Office.
Students
- Students must show their log in to the ticketing site with their Montgomery County Community College credentials when purchasing tickets. Students who do not will be charged full price for their tickets.
Discounts
- Any available ticket discounts are offered off the total regular ticket price. These discounts may not be applied to previously purchased tickets or packages. Only one discount can be applied per order; discounts cannot be combined or stacked. All discounts are based on availability and may be subject to restrictions.
Child Attendance
- All persons entering the theatre, including babes in arms, must have a ticket. Please carefully consider whether a performance or an event is appropriate for your child before planning to attend. Disruptive patrons, including children, may be asked to leave the theatre.
Comp Tickets
- We do not provide refunds or exchanges for comp tickets delivered through other vendors under any circumstances, including event cancellations.

Door Opening
- Doors to the theater open about 60 minutes prior to show time.
Late Seating/Early Departure
- Late seating is at the discretion of the Montco Cultural Center staff. If you arrive late, ushers will seat you at the earliest appropriate time during the performance. You will be asked to wait in the lobby with the usher until a suitable seating break out of respect for the performers on stage and the other audience members. In some cases, this will not be until intermission.
- For some performances, late seating will not be allowed. Refunds are not provided for late arrivals forced to miss the performance. Arriving late to a performance may require sitting in a less desirable seat than your initially purchased seat. Refunds will not be provided due to the inability to use your seats.
- If you need to leave the performance early, we ask that you leave at a point in the performance when moving around would be of minimal disturbance to those around you. When you return, you will be asked to wait with the usher until the next seating break.
Accessible Seating
- The theater is equipped with accessible seats available for people with mobility disabilities and their companions. People who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices and cannot climb steps or walk long distances can purchase accessible seats.
- Individuals who, because of their disability, cannot sit in a straight-back chair or those whose service dogs cannot lie safely in the aisle are also permitted to purchase accessible seats. Please contact the Box Office if you require special accommodations and mention any specific needs when purchasing your tickets.
- There are no stairs required to enter the theater.
- Only service animals are permitted inside College buildings.
Obstructed and Limited View Seating
- When applicable, one or more seats in your order have a limited or obstructed view. Depending upon the seat and show, this may result in experiencing a narrow or blocked view of the stage.
- Limited or Obstructed View seats are labeled in the cart with the following descriptions: Obstructed View, Limited Comfort, Limited Comfort/Obstructed View. These descriptions will be clearly labeled under the assigned seat on the cart page, payment and delivery page, confirmation page, and confirmation email. For more information, contact the Box Office.
