You don't have to wait until summer to learn new skills in the kitchen! Culinary Arts Institute offers Weekend Camps for Junior Chefs throughout the year. This 2-day (Saturday & Sunday) hands-on culinary camp is designed for students of ages 10-14 with the main objective to teach them basic culinary skills while they have a great time with other Junior Chefs. During the camp, students will learn new cooking and baking techniques from CAI's experienced Chef Instructors. They will work with exciting recipes from around the globe and prepare meals that will focus on developing healthy eating habits while expanding their palate and culinary horizons.
