Join us in our 3-hour hands-on vegan and vegetarian cooking class to understand the basics of plant-based diets and vegan cooking. You will have a great time in our professional kitchen while learning from experienced chef instructors how to properly marinade and cook tofu, develop flavor profiles for vegan diets and create colorful and flavorful vegan and vegetarian meals for yourself and your family.

Location: Blue Bell
Culinary enthusiast workshops are hosted in the new Hospitality Institute at the Montgomery County Community College Blue Bell campus. Workshops are 3-hours in length, unless otherwise noted on the workshop schedule. During the workshop, our Chef Instructors will provide step-by-step instructions on a variety of culinary techniques and equipment. Students will create a final product they can enjoy. Classes are limited to a maximum of 18 guests to 1 Chef Instructor. All guests attending Culinary enthusiast workshops need to wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, along with closed toed shoes with a non-slip sole. Any guest who has long hair, please make sure your hair is pulled back.
