Knife Skills, Soups, and Stocks (LLGI 3507)

Did you know there are over 30 different kinds of knives in our kitchens? In this class, you will learn the purpose of each knife and practice using them to create your own crudite. We will also teach you how to not waste anything in a kitchen by create stocks and two different types of soups- yum!
