Qadim Ghani, MS
Vice President of Finance
With an extensive financial career in higher education, Mr. Ghani brings a wealth of expertise in managing multi-faceted, transformative financial and operational initiatives. In his most recent role as Senior Associate Dean and Chief Financial Officer for Rutgers Law School, he served as the principal architect for the institution’s financial strategy, including long-term planning and fiscal emergency management.
Prior to Rutgers, Mr. Ghani served as the Chief Business Officer for Villanova University College of Engineering, where he led the college through the pandemic without staff or salary reductions, and he revamped the financial aid allocation and process. During his 10-year tenure at Drexel University, Mr. Ghani held several executive roles, including Graduate College Finance Director and Analyst to the College of Medicine, up to the position of Director of Finance and Administration.
Mr. Ghani holds a Master of Science degree with a concentration in Business Administration from Drexel University. He completed six sigma training and organizational leadership certification from Villanova University. In 2017, he launched a successful real estate business. Mr. Ghani is a first-generation college graduate.
