What is an ACT 335?
ACT 335 forms contain key information that helps to inform the design of a course, including credit hours, a course description, prerequisites/corequisites, learning outcomes, activities, evaluation methods, a sequence of topics, and required learning materials. These forms are approved by the College's Curriculum Committee.
How to Locate Your ACT 335 Form
- Open your web browser and go to www.mc3.edu
- From the website menu, select Degrees & Programs > Search Credit Courses to access the Course Catalog in Colleague Self-Service.
- Enter your course ID (ex. ENG101) into the search bar at the top of your screen.
- Locate the target course.
- From the course tile, go to Outcomes and select Standard Course Outline (ACT 335).
- The ACT 335 document will open in a new tab.
