This 6-week course will prepare you to become a licensed real estate sales agent in Pennsylvania. Real Estate Fundamentals will teach you about real estate law and contracts, ethical issues around real estate, terminology and business practices. 

While not required, it is recommended to take the Real Estate Fundamentals prior to Real Estate Practice.

Requirements: To sit for the state exam, you need to take both Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice (BICEC 1025).
