Program Description
Notary Signing Agents are currently commissioned Notaries Public with specialized training to assist in the closing of real estate transactions. Learn how the loan and escrow processes work, what lenders and borrowers expect from a signing agent, and step-by-step procedures for executing loan documents.
Primary Goals
Upon completion of this course, students will know how the loan and escrow processes work; comprehend what lenders and borrowers expect from a signing agent; be able to demonstrate step-by-step procedures for executing loan documents.
