Canceling an in-person session

We understand that last minute changes to your schedule can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for an in-person tutoring session, please notify us at least one hour (60 minutes) before your scheduled time. Call 215-641-6452 or email tutoring@mc3.edu to cancel.

The following process will be implemented if we are not notified within the allowable timeframe:

• First offense – Clerk on duty will contact you and record the missed session.
• Second offense – The Director of Academic Support will contact you with a verbal warning that the next offense will result in the inability to schedule on-campus tutoring for the remainder of the semester.
• Third offense – On-campus scheduling privileges will be suspended for the remainder of the semester.
