Current Requests for Bids & Proposals

 

The Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for an Enterprise Text Messaging Platform, RFP# 02-092617RFP-01.

The solution should support bi-directional communication, integrate with the Ellucian Recruit CRM platform and permit automated reminders that may originate from other systems as well as opt-in enrollment contact lists.

Proposal must be submitted to Public Purchase (www.publicpurchase.com) by 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 26, 2017.

RFP documents are accessible through Public Purchase. Inquiries and questions must be posted in the same location no later than September 13, 2017.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents and shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Montgomery County Community College Foundation will receive proposals for a Campaign Feasibility Study, Development Audit and Consulting Services, RFP# 01-091217RFP-01.

Proposals must be submitted to Public Purchase (www.publicpurchase.com) by 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 15, 2017.

RFP documents are accessible through Public Purchase (free registration).  Inquiries and questions must be posted in the same location no later than September 6, 2017.

The successful Bidder will be required to complete all aspects of a campaign readiness audit, enhancement plan and feasibility study.  Based on audit and study outcomes as presented to the Foundation and College Boards, additional services for a project campaign including campaign and communication plans, consultation and training services may be contracted.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
