Montgomery County Community College is offering two programs for teens this summer.
Teen College Camp is an 8-week program designed for students aged 13 to 17, offering a variety of learning options and experiences on a college campus. Our commitment is to provide a fun, interactive and enriching summer learning experience for each camper. Outstanding in-depth learning experiences in technology, engineering, science, design, theater and communications, the arts and school success are offered. The program will run from June 24 through August 16. The program will be held at the Central Campus in Blue Bell. For more information call 215-619-7467.
Bridge to College is a 6 week program specially designed for college bound, academically capable, high school juniors and seniors with high functioning Autism/Asperger’s Syndrome and other students with special needs to assist them in a successful transition to college. The program is constructed in two parts: Bridge to College I (BTCI) and Bridge to College II (BTC II).
Both programs include a supportive small group setting to build college readiness skills in goal setting, organization, time management, stress management, study skills, career exploration, and team building.
