Vendor Table and Display Details
- Table Size: 5 feet long, plus 2 chairs, supplied
- Tablecloths/Skirts: Not supplied, bring one if you would like, but it isn't necessary
- Number of People Per Table: No more than two; we provide two chairs
- Power: Can be supplied (bring power strips and extension cords)
- Wireless Connectivity: Can be supplied
- Free Standing Displays: Must be within table width; please be aware that the vendor area is sometimes cramped and hard to fit freestanding displays
- Additional Items: Business cards, raffle cards, raffle gifts, brochures, laptop to demonstrate product
- Shipping Items for Your Table: We do not allow shipments of material for your vendor table
- Setup Time: You must have your set up completed by 9:45 am (table location is first come/first served)
- Tear Down: You are welcome to stay the whole day, though most of the time the vendors pack up during our last session
Vendor Registration Fee
The Vendor Registration Fee provides access for two representatives from the company to all activities, including meals. If additional individuals from your company would like to participate in the conference please register using the regular attendee registration form located on our Registration web page. Payment for your exhibit is needed prior to the conference in order to reserve a table for you. The number of spaces is limited; so please register your display requirements by Friday, September 20, 2013.

Vendor Raffle
This is an opportunity for our vendors to collect contact information from attendees interested in their products. We DO NOT provide an attendee list to anyone. The raffle will take place during the conference, and all winners must be present to accept their prize. You may stay for the presentation of the raffle prizes to the winners.
Ways that vendors have collected information from attendees have been through:
- collecting business cards
- filling out individual questionnaires
- vendor gifts
