Incubator FacilityThe incubator, available on a limited basis,  will facilitate the formation and development of new business ventures, as well as the expansion of existing firms.

Aspiring business owners who participate in the incubator will have access to a modern office with a locking door, phone with voicemail, computer with Internet access, copy machine, resource library, and the use of a conference room and reception area.

According to the National Business Incubation Association (NBIA), “Business incubation is a business support process that accelerates the successful development of start-up and fledgling companies by providing entrepreneurs with an array of targeted resources and services.”

According to the Small Business Administration, while only 31% of start-ups survive after seven years, the percentage increases to 87% for those start-ups that go through an incubation process.
