Our Fine Arts Galleries serve as spaces for education and inspiration for students and the community. We like to think of them as cultural hubs where artists and art enthusiasts can network and learn from one another.
Throughout the year, we host a variety of exhibitions featuring professional artists and artwork in an array of genres. We offer lectures, programs, and activities related to each exhibition for visitors to further enjoy and engage with the arts. All our exhibitions, receptions, and activities are free and open to the community.
Our Fine Arts Galleries also are places where our students, faculty and alumni have the opportunity to display and share their artwork. We mount annual alumni and student exhibitions that highlight the quality of our Fine Arts programs, and provide opportunities for students to learn about exhibition development and interpretation as gallery volunteers or student workers.
The Central Campus gallery in Blue Bell is located in our 26,000-square-foot Fine Arts Center. At our West Campus in Pottstown, the Fine Arts Gallery is part of North Hall located at 16 High Street. You can take art classes to earn your Associate in Fine Arts degree or for personal enrichment at both campuses.
Partners Through Art
Our art galleries also sustain arts-based community partnerships. We have hosted dozens of exhibitions in partnership with area high schools, the Schuylkill River Heritage Area, Montgomery County Lands Trust, Montgomery County Bar Association, Brush with the Law, and the National Park Service, among other community organizations. If your organization has an exhibition idea you'd like to discuss with us, please reach out to Patrick Rodgers, Galleries Director, at 215-619-7349.
