Submit Official Transcript

In order for the College to ensure your proper course placement and to help you get to degree or certificate completion faster you must submit official transcripts from your high schools or colleges and universities that you have attended. If you received a General Equivalency Diplomas (GED) please submit your official GED scores or copy of your GED diploma.

You may request your transcripts electronically through Parchment.

If your prior institution does not fulfill requests through Parchment, please be sure to follow your prior institution's process for requesting a transcript.

Steps to request your transcripts through Parchment.

  1. Create a Username and Password if you do not currently have an account with Parchment.
  2. Provide your Demographic Information and set up your security questions.
  3. Search for your high schools or colleges for which you wish to request a transcript. You can search for you school’s CEEB code by visiting
  4. Follow payment procedures.
