Dennis has earned both an undergraduate degree from LaSalle University, with a B.S. in Computer Science, and a M.B.A., with a concentration in Project Management from Strayer University. He has attained extensive experience along his career path in corporate learning and development.
The bulk of Dennis’ experience comes from interacting with leadership on multiple levels through designing, developing, implementing, and facilitating leadership development courses. As a result, he has established an impressive reputation among his leadership community as being one who is reliable, consistent, and motivating. One of his most notable accolades includes his certification which allows him to administer and interpret individual and group assessments using the TalMetrics Talent Analytic Tool. His learning and development skills, coupled with this tool, guarantees that he will improve a teams’ dynamics, as well as, ensures that organizational goals are met.
