Information for AMPI students

Montco is here to help

To the Antonelli Medical & Professional Institute (AMPI) students, we realize that you have worked hard, and are facing a tough decision. Montgomery County Community College is here to assist you during this difficult transition.

We invite all AMPI students to a free information session to learn more about our Medical Assisting Certificate and Medical Office Assistant Certificate of Completion programs. While these offerings are compatible with your current track at AMPI, the College offers more than 100 degree and certificate programs, online and on-site, for you to explore.

By attending the information session at West Campus in Pottstown, you have the opportunity to:

  • gain insight to the programs
  • meet the Director of Medical Office Professions
  • explore the facilities
  • discuss program requirements
  • learn about prior learning assessment (PLA) opportunities

In addition, representatives will be on-hand to discuss:

  • financial aid & scholarships
  • admissions & enrollment
  • academic advising
  • and more…

Credits

AMPI is not regionally accredited, therefore many non-profit institutions are unable to accept their transfer credits. Through alternative assessment tools, like PLA, and challenge examinations, the College is working to identify ways that you could potentially earn credits based on the knowledge that was acquired during your attendance at Antonelli.
