Montgomery County Community College students will showcase their skills and talents to compete in the first ever Montco’s Got Talent competition on Friday, April 13, from 7-9 p.m. in the Science Center Theater, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell.
The community is invited to come and cheer for their favorite performers while enjoying the amazing acts of more than 10 competing student teams.
A panel of faculty, staff and students will select the first and second place winners, who will receive $300 and $150, respectively. The audience’s choice award winner will receive $50.
Montco’s Got Talent is the result of the combined efforts of the African-American Student League and the Student Government Association, with the support and assistance of the Communication Arts Production Group.
The event is free, but donations are encouraged. All proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life fundraising event hosted by the students on April 20-21, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. at the College’s Central Campus quad in Blue Bell. For more information about the Relay, visit
