E-Learning is defined as learning that takes place when instructors and learners are separated by time or space. E-Learning has become increasingly popular in higher education over the last several years because it offers several benefits, including access to education for people removed from a college campus (by distance or health condition) or who are unable to keep a regular schedule because of work or family responsibilities. It provides students the chance to pursue a degree that might otherwise not be attainable. Students can currently complete associate’s degrees entirely online. These include Business Administration, Computer Science, Liberal Studies, Marketing, Office Administration and Secondary Education. The College also offers an online Certificate in Business Management, as well as hundreds of online courses in other degree and certificate programs.
